By accessing or using MonSPHERE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of Service
You may use MonSPHERE only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
4. Service Availability
We target the uptime SLA specified in your plan. Service credits for SLA breaches are described in your order form or enterprise agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
MonSPHERE and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MonSPHERE, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
MonSPHERE is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonSPHERE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MonSPHERE after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
